Handling All Aspects of a DWI

If you have been charged with drunk driving, you are facing the possibility of criminal and civil penalties, including the loss of your driving privileges. Our firm handles all aspects of DWI defense, including:

  • Administrative license hearings
  • ALR license reviews
  • Criminal hearings
  • Plea agreements, trials and appeals
  • Drug charge defense

We focus on protecting people's freedoms and driving rights throughout the duration of each case.

Protect Your Freedom and Your Driver's License

When people contact our office, one of their first concerns is the suspension of their driver's license. If your blood alcohol content (BAC) was .08 or higher at the time of your DWI arrest, you will lose your license. You must request for a driver's license hearing (ALR hearing) within 15 days. We will handle the ALR hearing as well as the criminal side of the case.

Former Prosecutors on Your Side

As a former Prosecutor Brent D. Bowen has extensive experience with DWI cases. Brent D. Bowen has worked on hundreds of DWI cases as an attorney. As former prosecutors, we understand the approach of prosecutors and can anticipate and respond to the state's case effectively.

Our DWI defense attorneys keep abreast of changes in the law and are highly knowledgeable about Texas DWI laws. Although most DWI cases are resolved by agreement, our attorneys have the litigation experience to effectively argue for your rights and interests in the event your case goes to trial.
